Polaris Meaningful Relationship Commitment Letter

This is a sample Meaningful Relationship Commitment Letter for the Polaris SB and WOSB Pools. It is based the requirements of the solicitation, as well as on successful MRCLs, that were accepted and approved by GSA for awards under other major GWAC and IDIQ multiple award programs..
