This is a sample Professional Employee Compensation Plan WITH proposed Salaries and Salary Rages for the POLARIS solicitation. Use this version if you do not have salaries and ranges for the labor categories specified in Attachment J.2 of the RFP. This compensation plan is based the requirements of the solicitation, as well as on successful plans, that were accepted and approved by GSA for awards under STARS 2, STARS III, GSA MAS and others. - Table completed with sample minimum, median and maximum salaries for all labor categories. If you already have price ranges for all categories, you can delete the ranges we provide and fill in your own.
- Salary surveys and studies used to develop the sample salaries. This is required to be submitted as backup for the compensation plan.
Note: The RFP does not require submittal of a price proposal. However, the RFP does require that the professional employee compensation plan include proposed salary ranges for each required labor category.
